The sky is BEAUTIFUL! I am glad you took the time to capture it 
I am going to critique this based off the title and the category you selected. While I love the inclusion of the palm tree (and I love that it is blurry - makes it surreal), I think it has become the focus and the sky has become more of a secondary feature. I would take this shot again and perhaps expand the frame a bit, try to really make the sky the subject here. Definitey include the tree because it adds lovely contrast, just make it a smaller aspect!
Again, that is based off the fact that you seem to want the shot to be about the sky. In general it is a nicely composed shot- very good work!
